The recently concluded SEL + REBT Workshop on Workplace Mental Health, organized by Nelo Dreams Foundation International in partnership with Rangers International Football Club Foundation in Abuja, ended on a high note.
Participants were engaged and equipped with practical toolkits to identify, manage, and overcome challenges associated with workplace mental health.
Focus Areas: 1. Stress & Burnout Management - Using REBT to dispute irrational work beliefs 2. Emotional Regulation - Tools for handling pressure, conflict, and performance anxiety 3. Psychological Safety - Building supportive team cultures 4. Productivity & Holistic Well-being - Linking mental health to performance and retention
Outcome: Participants left with actionable SEL + REBT toolkits to improve individual well-being, team productivity, and organizational health.
